It starts as an estimate
From the planning stage, every trip has an expected cost and its cost per kilometre, based on rates and route.
What does every trip really cost you?Find out down to the cent.Airevion Fleet brings trips, drivers, vehicles, fuel and maintenance together in a single system, and builds the cost of each trip as the work goes on.

Airevion Fleet is the web management platform for road haulage companies. It links every expense, from fuel to maintenance, to the right trip, so you know the real cost of each job.
It runs straight from the browser: on desktop in the office and in the cab through the dedicated tablet portal for drivers. Several companies can share the same platform, keeping data and day to day operations completely separate.
Built for heavy transport and for the complexity of multi-compartment tankers, it handles the yard, trips, refuelling and deadlines with a depth that generic management software cannot match, whatever your fleet carries.
Diesel, driver, depreciation, maintenance, tolls, fines and washing end up spread across spreadsheets, diaries and figures recalled at the end of the month: working out what a single trip cost becomes a job in itself.
Multi-compartment tankers make planning delicate, final figures arrive late, vehicle and driver deadlines live in different tools, and financial data is not always as protected as it should be. This is not poor organisation: it is the normal complexity of the industry.
Airevion Fleet brings order to that complexity and makes daily work simpler.
It starts as an estimate
From the planning stage, every trip has an expected cost and its cost per kilometre, based on rates and route.
It updates on the road
Refuelling, kilometres and operational records feed the running total along the way, with no manual reconstruction.
It closes at the end of the run
Tolls, fines, actual fuel and washing are added in a controlled, traceable way, right through to the final cost.
Rates stay historical
At departure the system captures the rates for vehicle, trailer and driver: a later update does not rewrite trips already completed.

Every load or discharge is tied to a compartment, up to eight per tanker: the system simulates the contents along the route and flags exceeded capacity, discharges without a matching load or product left on board before departure.

If the vehicle changes after the plan is set, the system guides the operator through reassigning the compartments.

Planned figures come from the Google Maps itinerary, actual ones from vehicle data and the odometer: they stay separate and comparable.

The Sateltrack satellite system compares the planned route with the one actually driven, matches stops to GPS records and pre-fills some confirmations.

When a quantity is only known on site, as with milk collection, there is no need to invent a figure at the start: it is completed at the stop.

The tablet supports the driver on the road and in the yard, refuelling included: access with a seven-digit PIN and a guided flow for stops, quantities, kilometres, notes and document photos.

Confirmations within three kilometres of the stop, odometer readings in sequence, a ±10% tolerance on discharge: deviations become tracked exceptions.

At the company tank the real average cost applies: the driver never sees internal prices.Find out more

Three criteria you can combine (kilometres, days, number of trips), fifteen types of work and mileage updated from GPS and completed trips.

Eleven vehicle documents and seven driver documents, from ADR to licence and CPC: expired, expiring, valid, with thirty days of advance notice.

Stock across multiple warehouses with quantity, location and thresholds for each site; five types of movement, all tracked.

Established customers send requests with a dedicated key: trip proposals to approve, each traceable with a reference code.

No hidden edits: refuelling and washing records are never overwritten, they require a documented cancellation before being recreated, which keeps the log transparent and auditable.
Costs visible only to decision makers
Financial data has its own permission: costs and rates are visible only to authorised people.
Eleven roles, over seventy permissions
Roles preconfigured around haulage jobs, from the traffic office to the read-only auditor, with more than seventy granular permissions.
Multiple companies, separate data
The platform runs several companies with isolated data and around forty features you can switch on one by one: we start with what you need today and expand when the work calls for it.
Access revoked immediately
An account can be revoked in under a minute, even while the user is logged in.
Two levels of backup
Backup you can launch from the admin panel without stopping work, plus a scheduled nightly backup for disaster recovery.
Designed for daily use
Web interface with nothing to install, professional dark theme, day/month/year date format and contrast levels in line with WCAG accessibility standards.
If an essential detail is missing, Airevion Fleet flags it and tells you what to complete: at a glance you can tell trips with a final cost from those still waiting on data.
No costs that look complete. Only costs that are.

Management control
Analyse the real costs of the whole fleet and of every single trip, while dedicated access permissions protect the most sensitive financial information.

Coordination and planning
Manage trips, vehicles, trailers, drivers and stops from one place. Monitor mileage deviations and follow the progress of every job in real time.

Smart driver portal
A portal built for tablets, with PIN access and clear visual controls: trips, history, refuelling and monthly statistics through a guided flow that leaves little room for error.

Maintenance and yard in sync
Coordinate maintenance, work orders, parts, washing and refuelling, linking each one directly to the vehicle and the trip for uninterrupted operational control.

Financial control and deadlines
Keep cost statements, tolls, fines and administrative deadlines under control, and export financial data to accounting with less effort.
No: Airevion Fleet is a web platform and runs in the browser. The driver portal is designed for a standard tablet with an internet connection.
No: costs and rates require a dedicated permission; anyone without it uses the platform without ever seeing them.
Yes: the load plan is built compartment by compartment, up to eight, and the system checks capacity, products and the sequence of operations before departure.
With a seven-digit numeric PIN, no traditional password, on an interface with large controls that guides them through the tasks of the trip. In the portal, each driver only sees the trips assigned to them.
Yes: features are enabled individually for each company. You start with the essentials and expand as the need arises.
Yes: established customers use the API with a dedicated key. Requests reach the office as proposals to review; once approved they become trips, with a code for tracking their status.
In a unified deadline register: eleven document types for vehicles and seven for drivers, each with its own status and thirty days of advance notice, also highlighted on the platform home page.
The integration with provider Sateltrack compares the planned route with the one actually driven, matches stops to GPS records and pre-fills some confirmations: a practical tool for verifying the work.
Data belonging to different companies stays isolated; granular roles and permissions govern who sees what. Backups can be launched from the panel without stopping operations, and nightly backups run on a schedule.
We configure Airevion Fleet around the real needs of your company.
