General questions
Custom management software, websites, e-commerce and artificial intelligence integrations, for SMEs and professionals.
Mostly bespoke: we start from how you actually work and build the solution that fits. We also have proven packages: when the need is precise and matches something that already exists, we offer it rather than reinventing it.
An exact figure upfront would not be honest. After the first meeting we give you a cost range, which becomes more accurate as the information comes together and the scope gets clear.
Yes: we follow projects after release too, with maintenance, updates and continuous improvements.
Yes: we adopt GDPR-compliant solutions that keep your data private and never hand it to third parties for training.
Airevion Flow
Discover Airevion Flow No: Airevion Flow is our way of working, not a package. It is the path along which a new management platform grows out of a company’s real processes: this method has produced the software that runs every day at our clients, each one built around their trade.
It depends on how standard your processes are. If the way you work is part of your competitive advantage, generic software flattens it: custom software builds on it.
No. The platform connects via API to the tools and systems already in use, and modules are introduced step by step, starting where the benefit is greatest.
We work in stages: the first features go live within a few months and deliver value on their own, without waiting for the end of the project.
Yes. It is a web application: use it from the browser in the office, from a tablet on the shop floor and on shop-floor screens, with nothing to install on workstations.
The system is configurable: new items, departments and workflows are described to the software rather than rebuilt into it. It is an investment that follows the company.
Yes. Role-based access, activity logging and automatic backups: everyone sees only what concerns them and every action leaves a trace.
It depends on the scope. Working in stages spreads the investment over time: each stage delivers value on its own and lets you assess results step by step.
Airevion Studio
Discover Airevion Studio Yes, it is what the platform does best: the configurator guides the customer through sizes, materials and variants, calculating the exact price in real time. For windows and doors a ready-optimized vertical solution is available; the same engine applies to made-to-measure garments and fabrics, to awnings and shading systems, and to any configurable service.
No: design and build are ours. You give us content, goals and style references; we deliver the finished site and walk you through the first steps of managing it.
You buy the domain name yourself, from the provider you prefer, and we connect it to the site. Usually all you need is the domain and your email accounts: the hosting space is on us, included in the platform.
Yes: you get a private login from which you administer the whole site. You update pages and content, upload products, change prices and promotions, set the sales rules and review customers and orders, with no technical skills required. And if you prefer to delegate, we make the updates for you: it is an extra service, available whenever you need it.
Yes, on request: beyond the back office, which makes you self-sufficient on content, news, products and pages, we can give you access to the environment where the site lives. With your AI agent account you edit content by talking to the assistant, while anyone with development skills can work directly on the code from the vscode-server provided by the platform. The site stays manageable both for people who code and for people who do not.
No. Every function, from the catalog to payments, is built inside the platform: fewer external components mean fewer vulnerabilities, no incompatibilities at update time, and maintenance included and handled by our team.
Yes: you can reserve price lists and terms for individual customers or groups, show prices only to registered users, and let companies order on their own, without going through a sales rep every time. B2C and B2B live on the same store.
Yes: the platform includes connectors for the main payment networks and for carriers, and it links to the management software you already use. Stock levels stay centralized, so catalog, warehouse and orders travel aligned.
Yes: the catalog syncs with the main marketplaces, with Google Shopping and with social storefronts; every order arrives in the same place, alongside the ones from your site.
Yes: you run several stores from a single point of control, with a shared catalog; you assign a role to each person on the team, so everyone works only on their own part.
Yes, and it is not just our claim: in Google quality tests, pages built on the platform reach the highest scores for speed, accessibility and SEO, on mobile as on desktop.
No: the migration preserves the URLs and the rankings you have built over the years. The SEO tools of the platform are designed precisely to protect the traffic you already have.
No: we also build the brochure site or the news portal on its own. If you decide to sell online later, e-commerce is added on the same foundation, with nothing to redo.
Our team: a monitored platform, updates included and dedicated support for configurations. You focus on sales and content, not on the technology.
Airevion Drive
Discover Airevion Drive From a single record you publish at the same time on your e-commerce site and on the main listing portals (such as AutoScout24), always aligned and with no double data entry, within the limits of each individual channel.
Yes: you update the record once and Airevion Drive pushes the change to every connected channel, so you never end up with mismatched prices or data, or with “ghost” listings for vehicles already sold.
Yes: from your site the customer can hold the vehicle with a reservation or go ahead with a direct purchase, with availability updated in real time.
Yes: each type has its own complete record, with purchase and repair costs, documents and real margin always tracked.
Technical specifications, photos, documents and all the costs (purchase, repairs, preparation): one always up-to-date record you publish and sell from.
Yes: Airevion Drive follows the vehicle after the sale too, linking jobs, repairs and their costs to the record, so you keep the full history and a margin that stays accurate.
It brings together purchase costs, repairs and final price: the margin is clear for the individual vehicle and in aggregate reports, alongside stock turnover and sales trends.
Yes: requests from your site and from the portals land in one place, so the team works on leads and deals without losing a single contact.
Yes: you manage several locations and assign roles and permissions to the team (sales, workshop, administration), each with its own view.
Yes: Airevion Drive is a solid foundation that we shape around your dealership. We develop it in house, so workflows and integrations can be built exactly on your process.
Airevion Fleet
Discover Airevion Fleet No: Airevion Fleet is a web platform and runs in the browser. The driver portal is designed for a standard tablet with an internet connection.
No: costs and rates require a dedicated permission; anyone without it uses the platform without ever seeing them.
Yes: the load plan is built compartment by compartment, up to eight, and the system checks capacity, products and the sequence of operations before departure.
With a seven-digit numeric PIN, no traditional password, on an interface with large controls that guides them through the tasks of the trip. In the portal, each driver only sees the trips assigned to them.
Yes: features are enabled individually for each company. You start with the essentials and expand as the need arises.
Yes: established customers use the API with a dedicated key. Requests reach the office as proposals to review; once approved they become trips, with a code for tracking their status.
In a unified deadline register: eleven document types for vehicles and seven for drivers, each with its own status and thirty days of advance notice, also highlighted on the platform home page.
The integration with provider Sateltrack compares the planned route with the one actually driven, matches stops to GPS records and pre-fills some confirmations: a practical tool for verifying the work.
Data belonging to different companies stays isolated; granular roles and permissions govern who sees what. Backups can be launched from the panel without stopping operations, and nightly backups run on a schedule.
Airevion Grant
Discover Airevion Grant All the document work behind a training plan: you record the plan with its deadlines and requirements, collect company sign-ups, complete the data and prepare the documentation. When submission by certified email (PEC) is required, that is the final step.
Yes: companies join the plan and provide their data and documents, so every participation is collected in a single environment, with no manual re-entry.
Yes: you send document requests to each party straight from the application and track what has arrived and what is missing, without chasing by email.
Yes: company and employee records and the history of past applications stay available, so the next plan starts again from where you left off.
You record each plan with its terms and required documents; the planning view flags what is missing and which deadlines are approaching, well in advance.
Yes: it compresses the attachments and verifies the consistency of the data collected, with time to act, so the application is ready and in the correct format.
No: only some funding notices require PEC. In those cases the platform handles the transmission; in all the others the value lies entirely in preparing and managing the documentation.
The acceptance and delivery receipts stay archived with the application: if your position in the ranking is challenged, the timeline is documented and can be produced as evidence.
That is the typical scenario: several applications, companies and training plans managed in parallel, each with its own data, documents and, where needed, its own receipts.
Artificial Intelligence
Discover Artificial IntelligenceNo. The solutions we design keep your data private: it is not used to train third-party models and it stays under your control, in line with the GDPR.
No. Many projects start from the documents and information you already have: manuals, contracts, archives, emails. Together we assess what is really needed for the first use case.
After the initial consultation we build a working prototype, usually within two to six months. That way you can judge results on real cases before extending the project.
Yes. We build solutions that connect to your management platforms and tools to reach the goal: existing systems are not replaced, they are connected. The way you work stays the same.
No. We handle the technical side and support your team through the rollout. Experience has taught us that continuous dialogue during development pays off: interfaces come out simple and intuitive for the people who use them every day.
It depends on the use case and the systems to connect. We start with a prototype with a defined scope, so the investment stays proportionate and results are measurable from the outset.
No. The solutions we build take repetitive tasks away from people, not decisions: AI analyzes and suggests, control stays with your team.
Airevion Vault
Discover Airevion Vault No. You keep using the AI assistant you prefer. Only one thing changes: now it sees your data only if, and for as long as, you allow it.
No, unless you have granted write permission, and only on the data you chose. On everything else it can, at most, read what you decide. Every action it takes is logged, and the backups stay intact: even in the worst case, you can roll back.
What you decided: you can give it a full list, a portion of it, or a version with delicate information masked. The rule is simple: if you have not opened the door, the door is closed.
Yes. The log records every access: who consulted a piece of data, which one and when. You can check it whenever you want.
Your data is kept on secure servers in Europe. And whenever you want, you can download a complete backup copy to keep offline on your own.
Yes. Each project lives in its own space, with its own keys, its own permissions and its own log. One client’s data never meets another client’s.
Yes. Healthcare, law firms, finance, public administration: data and AI stay within a European perimeter, the terms of processing are set out in writing, and each project keeps its own separate space, with its own keys.
Airevion Vault is delivered in the cloud, on infrastructure within the European perimeter, with 99.95% guaranteed availability (SLA). Monitoring, updates and operational continuity are handled by our team.
One or two weeks from the first meeting. The platform does most of the work of getting you up and running.
A base fee that includes everything you need, plus the resources you actually use, when you use them. No opaque tiers, no surprises.
Support and maintenance
Discover Support and maintenanceTailored: maintenance, development, support and content are components we combine around your real needs. That is exactly what the initial consultation is for.
Yes: you can add or remove components as your needs change, with a periodic review already built in.
